Between managing new routines, juggling schedules, and surviving the hectic transition into a new season, your energy has likely been focused entirely on everyone else lately. Now that the school year is underway and the dust is starting to settle, it’s finally time for your transition back to calm.
The Full Moon represents the peak of the lunar cycle—a time when energy is high, and the mental clutter of a busy month can start to feel like a heavy weight. You don’t need to overthink it, and you don’t need to do any heavy emotional lifting. This evening is simply about unburdening your mind and taking a collective sigh of relief.
Join us at The Wellness Emporium for an immersive evening designed to wash away the mental static. Evie Fleming will guide us through a deeply restorative sound journey. In addition to her signature crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, and grounding chimes, Evie will be including a beautiful handmade (by her!) element to this session: a custom, six-foot handmade rain stick designed to wrap the room in the gentle, cascading sound of a soothing downpour.
Come lay down the invisible weight of the month, sink into the sound, and enjoy the great exhale.
