Evie Fleming will guide us through a deep sound experience using her crystal bowls\, ocean drums\, and grounding chimes. \nThis month\, we are focusing on the energy of the New Moon\, traditionally a time for planting seeds and quiet growth. Whether you’re looking to build more resilience\, create a new habit\, or simply reclaim your peace of mind\, this session is your space to lay the foundation. \nCome an hour of pure restoration\, a wonderful habit to build and a gift to yourself.
