This is the workshop you’ve been seeking!\n\nMeditation’s wide variety of health and focus benefits\, make it appealing to people\nfrom all walks of life. However\, in today’s busy world\, many people struggle with being able to meditate. If you are one of the many people who find it challenging to sit still and clear your mind\, you’ll be glad to know there are multiple modalities that can help you get into and stay in a meditative state.\n\nWhether your goal is to reduce stress\, improve mental focus or promote mental clarity or physical health\, developing your own meditation practice is key.\n\n\nNot every technique works the same way for every person. Experimenting with different modalities can help you find what works for you and make meditation more accessible and more enjoyable.\n\nIn this class\, we will work with the following techniques:\n\n Chanting\n Music\n Chakra focus\n Word/phrases\n Breathwork\n\nAfter each technique\, you will have the chance to discuss and journal about your experience.\n\nJoin us on-line or in person to find the support and motivation you need to create a customized meditation practice for yourself on Saturday\, June 7 from 3:00p-5:00p.\n\nFeel free to bring your own pillow\, mat\, and/or blanket although many are available at The Wellness Emporium.\n\nSpace is limited as some people like to stretch out\, some prefer chairs or cushions. Now is a great time to experiment with what works for you.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout our Facilitator\, Stacey Corbin\, Intuitive Alchemist \nStacey has been claircognizant as a child. Beginning in her teenage years\, her friends and coworkers would discuss their problems with her and she would provide insights\, direction and give them answers. During her early forties\, Stacey realized how passionate she was about helping others and that counseling was her soul’s calling.  At age 42\, she quit her corporate job and started her journey as a Life Coach and Intuitive Counselor.\nSince then\, She have been helping her clients through issues and situations in all areas of their lives.  She uses her intuitive abilities with her clients to clarify the issue and get to the heart of the problem\, then creates a plan that aligns with the client’s values\, draws from their own power and allows them to stay true to themselves.  \nFor the past 15 years\, Stacey has worked in metaphysical stores doing coaching\, counseling\, healing sessions and teaching. She is a Certified Holistic Life Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology\, an Intuitive Counselor and Reiki Master with the gifts of knowing\, seeing and feeling. She holds certifications in Usui Reiki\, Touch Therapy\, Meditation and Angel Card readings.
