Come unwind, release, and realign with the energy of crystal bowls for your chakras. Let Evie take you gently through ocean waves, heartbeats, and chimes for grounding, loving, speaking your truth, and connecting with the Source. A group engagement with provided instruments often ensues. It’s a delightful, and relaxing experience! Non-jarring for the sensitive souls among us.
Wear comfortable clothing. You may bring a mat or a comfortable pillow to sit on, but not necessary. We now have gravity chairs! Please arrive 15 min early to set up, get comfortable, and socialize.
