Through the gentle, resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, rainsticks, and ocean drums, Evie will lead a soothing guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system and quiet a busy mind. This isn’t about solving the world’s problems; it’s about providing you with a much-needed “reset” button so you can return to your life feeling grounded and steady. Permission to relax: Granted.
