Enhance Your Spiritual Healing Practice and Unlock Your Potential with Level One Usui Reiki Attunement
Are you an Energy healer or Lightworker or maybe health and wellness worker who feels strongly about the positive energetic connections with your clients or patients that facilitate healing? Such practitioners often experience a profound energetic deepening of their practice when attuned to the Usui Reiki lineage – the original Reiki.
Learn how this can enhance your healing abilities – for yourself and others. Our Levels One and Two Attunements will empower you to channel universal life force energy more effectively and includes a comprehensive manual and personalized guidance taught by Reiki Master, Val Hudgins. A minimum of two months of practice after Level One is required before continuing with Level Two.
HOW IT WORKS:
This class involves approximately two hours depending on class size and includes initial discussion and actual hands-on practice before a short Attunement ceremony at the same venue. Those signing up for Level One begin at 1:00pm. We hope you will return for the Fire Circle later at 7:00pm for poetry, discussion, fellowship, and light fare. This portion is optional. Level Two training begins at 4:00pm.
ADDITIONAL:
Regular sharing and practicing, called Reiki Shares, are held at The Wellness Emporium or Sky Yoga Studio to enhance the community and the well-being of All.
ABOUT USUI REIKI (pronounced RAY-kee)
Mikao Usui is the founder of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique. Born in 1865, Usui was a monk who spent many years studying various spiritual disciplines. According to legend, Usui had a profound spiritual experience on Mount Kurama in Japan, where he received the ability to channel universal life force energy. This experience is believed to have led to the development of the Reiki system of healing.
Usui established the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai in Tokyo in 1922. This organization was dedicated to teaching and promoting Reiki. Usui himself continued to teach Reiki until his death in 1930. The organization celebrated its bi-centennial in 2022 in Kyoto, Japan.
Today, Reiki is practiced worldwide and has gained popularity as a complementary and alternative therapy. The Usui lineage is one of the most well-known and respected lineages of Reiki.

This yoga studio is located in a private home so the address will be shared with you after you discuss it with Val Hudgins or register. Cost is $265 if you pay for both Attunements now or you may pay $148 now and $148 at your next class.
