Whether you are an established energy healer, a healthcare or wellness professional, or a lightworker called to deepen the energetic connection with yourself and your clients, receiving an attunement offers a profound deepening of your practice.
Taught by Reiki Master Val Hudgins, this intimate class empowers you to channel universal life force energy with clarity, confidence, and intention.
The Progression of Usui Reiki
Level One (First Degree): Focuses on self-healing, foundational energy principles, and opening your personal channel to Reiki energy.
Level Two (Second Degree): Introduces sacred symbols, mental and emotional balancing, and distance healing techniques. (Note: A minimum of two months of practice after Level One is required before taking Level Two).
Level Three (Master Practitioner) – Looking ahead on your path: Level Three expands your energetic capacity to the Master Reiki Practitioner level, deepening spiritual integration and equipping you with the sacred knowledge to attune and teach others.
What to Expect
This 2-hour in-person workshop includes group discussion, hands-on practice, a comprehensive manual tailored to your specific level, and a sacred Attunement ceremony. Specific level groupings are customized based on attendee certifications.
Note: A minimum of two months of practice after Level One is required before taking Level Two. We will schedule the next class you need.

About Usui Reiki (RAY-kee)
Usui Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing modality founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Following a transformative spiritual experience on Mount Kurama, Usui learned to channel universal life force energy for systemic healing and founded the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai in Tokyo in 1922. Marking its centennial in 2022, the Usui lineage remains one of the most respected, grounding, and effective energy healing traditions in the world today.
