Massage and Bodywork is Every Tuesday!
Personal Trainer and kinesiology specialist, Silvana Aquino offers bodywork and massage including strategic stretching! She has studied healing touch, Chinese energy systems, and bodywork at resorts in Brazil, Portugal and Spain through six years of experience. Massages may include lymphatic massage, hot stone work, abdominal work, strategic stretching and cranial facial massage. All modalities are included in the price of $110 per hour.
Silvana speaks Portugese and has been taking classes to improve her English. We enjoy having her in our wellness community and her massages and bodywork leave you refreshed and feeling so much better!
