Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Bodywork Specialist, Silvana Aquino offers massage and strategic stretching! She has studied healing touch, Chinese energy systems, and bodywork working at resorts in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain through seven years of experience.
Your massages may include lymphatic massage, hot stones, red light mat, strategic stretching – Just ask! All modalities are included in the price of $100 per hour or $140 for 90 minutes.
