About our facilitator, Cashe Thompson
Cashe Thompson – Women’s Wellness, Certified Nutrition Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)
Cashe’s wellness journey began with her own struggles with obesity. Through gradual lifestyle changes she lost over 70 lbs. This transformation fueled her passion to help other women achieve the same.
In 2014 she started her career in wellness and in 2016 co-founded Body and Life Transformations, a boutique fitness studio helping hundreds of clients before moving services online. Cashe now has over eight years of experience teaching restorative yoga and currently offers a 12-week “Back to Basics” body transformation program. She leads small-group yoga workshops, and hosts international retreats in Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize, and Colombia.
Cashe is 24 months postpartum in 2025 and down 45 lbs! She remains committed to helping women build confidence and live balanced, healthy lives!
