A bio bit from your facilitator, Tracy Rud!
Being an information developer, I find that pursuing my crafting and other creative endeavors is the perfect respite from the technology work that I do. I also find that pursuing those creative endeavors actually helps me with certain job tasks, such as problem solving, idea generation, and time management. In addition to my creative pursuits, I enjoy feeling a sandy beach beneath my feet, spending time with family and friends, and expanding my friend group by chatting up every dog and cat I meet.
