Massage & Sports Bodywork – Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Massage and Bodywork is now available Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Saturdays starting in September!

Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Bodywork Specialist, Silvana Aquino offers massage and strategic stretching! She has studied healing touch, Chinese energy systems, and bodywork working at resorts in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain through six years of experience. Your massages may include lymphatic massage, hot stone work, abdominal work – Just ask! All modalities are included in the price of $110 per hour or $160 for 90 minutes.

Silvana’s first language is Portugese and she is taking classes to improve her English. We enjoy having her in our wellness community and her bodywork will leave you refreshed and feeling so much better!
